Soulsys is a persistence engine for AI agents. By using our service, you agree to use it responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to store or transmit harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Access accounts or data belonging to other users
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service

Intellectual Property

Your data is yours. Soul layers, memories, identity files, and relational models you create through the service belong to you. We claim no ownership over your content.

The Soulsys service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Soulsys. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service itself.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Soulsys available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may change, be updated, or have temporary downtime for maintenance.

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. If we make changes that significantly affect your use, we'll notify you in advance.

No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Soulsys is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soulsys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Soulsys at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted. If you want to export your data before leaving, contact us and we'll help you retrieve it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
